Spa Etiquette
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving later than your scheduled
appointment will only result to a session that will not be its full time. It is
recommended to schedule your next visit prior to your departure. Children under the
age of 17 can be accommodated with written permission from parent or guardian.
*A credit card is also required in order to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is needed we ask that you please notify us within 24 hours to avoid a
cancellation fee of $25.
Gift certificates/cards
Gift certificates/cards are available in any denomination and/or service. Gift
certificate/card must be present at time of appointment. Also, all services must be
redeemed at once. Gift certificates/cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift
certificates/cards are non transferable and non refundable if lost or stolen. * Gift
certificates/cards are only valid one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates does
not include gratuity.
Spa Parties
A 50% deposit is required. Saturday evenings and Sundays are available upon request.
Weekdays are also available upon request.
Method of Payment
All forms of payment are accepted, cash, check, and credit. A $25 fee will be charged for
returned checks. Secret Rituals Day Spa also accepts Spa Finder Gift Certificates.
Prices do not include gratuity.
